Professor Steinitz’s website takes on litigation funding

Associate Professor, Maya Steinitz, has launched a website that takes on controversial issues raised by allowing people to invest in lawsuits in which they otherwise have no involvement. The site offers model litigation funding contract terms, and invites the public to debate them. A variety of experts contribute to the site, most recently, Edward Reilly, Jr., Co-Founder of Themis Legal Capital.
