Brett Nitzschke (’88) Has Become a Shareholder with Lynch Dallas

Brett S. Nitschke has become a shareholder with Lynch Dallas in Cedar Rapids. From 1988 to 1989, Mr. Nitzschke served as law clerk to the Honorable Michael J. Streit in the Fifth Judicial District of Iowa and from 1989 to 1991, Mr. Nitzschke served as law clerk to the Honorable John A. Jarvey in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa.  Since 1991, he has worked in private practice representing a variety of Iowa school districts and other public employers on a wide range of legal matters, including: employee evaluation, discipline, and termination; discrimination claims; student conduct and discipline; special education issues; building and construction issues; collective bargaining; grievance arbitrations; appeals; and technology issues.
